You do not need to know which service is the right fit before getting in touch. Send a brief outline of what is happening and what you would like help to understand, decide or change. I’ll recommend the most suitable next step.
Please include:
- your school and role
- whether the concern relates to a pupil, group, class, phase or wider setting
- 3–5 lines on what is happening now
- what you would like support to clarify
- any time pressure, such as exclusion risk, a reduced timetable, review date, placement pressure or staff-capacity concerns
